Due to plaque, the heart is unable to pump blood efficiently and cannot satisfy the body’s requirements. Shortness of breath and exhaustion are two indications of heart failure.

Risk Factors of Heart Disease A combination of risk factors needs to be considered in determining that you are not really at risk of a heart attack. You also had no control regarding two of such factors: genetic inheritance and age.

A healthy diet for heart patients includes the following foods Lean meats, fish, dairy products with low fats, skinless poultry, whole grains, eggs (per week six), legumes, nuts and beans and olive oil (plant based oil). Above food has empty calories and they have low saturated fats. At any meal ensure that your dish is half filled and includes a range of vegetables. Frozen and canned fruit and vegetables could be substituted for fresh variants as well as they are sugar and salt free.
